The courses under the governance and rights category are designed to inspire, and empower citizens to mobilize, organize, challenge and intervene actively and constructively to re-direct the allocation and prioritization of services to favor the most vulnerable and marginalized

HRBA Courses
Through these courses participants are able to use the premise of the knowledge about their rights to demand for improved access to resources and livelihoods. We also explore the human rights based approach to programming as a basis for sustainable development.

The courses in this category aim to improve the capacity of NGOs to strengthen institutional systems and structures such as boards, staff supervision, recruitment and retention. They also aim to address the some of the systemic challenges around succession planning and “the founder syndrome" trap.
