MS TCDC receives award from the President of Tanzania
MS-TCDC has been awarded the “Best Employer in Tanzania” in 2006.
08. May 2006It is the first time this award has been given by the Trade Unions in Tanzania. MS-TCDC was selected by RAAWU. RAAWU emphasized the good working condition for staff, democratic leadership and positive relations with the union as basis of the nomination.
MS-TCDC’s Principal, Ulla Godtfredsen, received the award from Tanzania’s new president, Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, at the annual labour day celebration which was held in Shinyanga. Everyone in MS-TCDC – both staff and management – are very proud of and happy for the award, which they all agree is the result of the good collaboration in the centre.
