Booking and Cancellation of Seminars, Workshops and Conferences

We require a deposit of 25% of the estimated total costs before confirming reservations. In case of cancellation, we will refund deposit according to the number of weeks prior to date of arrivals as follows:

More than 12 weeks prior to planned arrival: 100%

Between 8-12 weeks prior to planned arrival: 50%

Less than 8 weeks prior to planned arrival: No refund 

If the number of participants turns out to be less than originally booked, we will still charge accommodation fees according to the confirmed booking. We cannot guarantee accommodation for a greater number of participants than originally booked. No deductions will be made for meals not taken by individual participants.
