Booking and cancellation of MSTCDC Courses
Advance payment of 25% of the total fee is to be settled upon confirmation of the reservation, preferably not less than eight weeks before the course starts. Please note that it is non-refundable. If an applicant wishes to postpone the course, the advance payment is carried forward to the new booking.
For a second postponement, the advance payment is forfeited. We should get notification on postponement not less than four weeks before a course starts. Remaining course fee is paid no later than upon arrival. Full fee may be paid prior to that if preferred.
If you arrange alternative accommodation and require only tuition, please ask for a special rate. We expect full participation. There will be no refund of fee for partial participation. In case of cancellation, we will refund deposits according to the number of weeks in advance of the course:
More than 8 weeks prior to course start: 100%
Between 4-8 weeks prior to course start: 50%
Less than 4 weeks prior to course start: No refund
