Governance Empowerment 2010

By the end of the course, participants should have a good understanding of the dynamics and constraints of different approaches to empowerment processes for poor and marginalised people.  Participants should be able to design, plan and offer advice basing on the needs and wishes of the poor themselves, with an appreciation of the strengths and weakness, risks and pitfalls, skills and resources required to run empowerment programmes.
