General Skills course
1 week
Participants will have the knowledge and skills to design and use appropriate organisational business performance management systems.

participants will be able to understand the key concepts, paradigms and principles of Results-Based Management (RBM).
10 weeks
The aim of the education is to raise participant’s awareness of the challenges for global citizenship in the 21st century.

Participants will learn how to generate innovative and economically sustainable business solutions by an asset based approach that engage local community in solving social problems.

By the end of the course participants will be able to train other youth in driving social change.
