Leadership and Management Skills courses
MS-TCDC will run a block of new courses relating to Leadership and Management skills. The courses are aimed at building capacity of the participants to understand key issues relating to the internal governance or their organisations.
1 Week
Participants will understand the critical components of an effective board, board roles and responsibilities, explore board governance and familiarise themselves with best practices in board governance.
1 week
Participants will have the knowledge and skills to design and use appropriate organisational business performance management systems.
1 week
Participants will be confident in addressing social problems and poverty reduction in their own communities through social business/economy development
1 week
Participants will have the knowledge and skills to think strategically, develop various types of strategic plans and implement them.
1 week
Participants will have the knowledge and skills to lead people in organisations
