MS-TCDC is a Training Centre for Development Cooperation in Eastern and Southern Africa. We are situated close to Arusha in Northern Tanzania (East Africa). Throughout the year different courses and workshops run concurrently in a lively international atmosphere promoting sharing of experience and cross cultural discussions. Excellent facilities together with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere make it an ideal place for reflection and learning.

We offer Short Standard Courses in two areas; namely courses for strengthening internal governance and learning and courses enhancing development impact, democracy, good governance and policy change.
During the last 30 years, MS-TCDC has developed extensive expertise in enabling expatriates to improve their language skills. As a result, our training has gained a very strong reputation in the East African Region.
MS-TCDC offers a two-year course in Development Studies in collaboration with Kimmage Development Studies Centre (KDSC) in Dublin, Ireland.
In 2013 TCDC will continue with short seminars focusing on pertinent issues that underpin the NGO sector and new fields of Development work.
