By the end of the course participants will be able to:

Describe Key Elements of training design, training management and training evaluation

Describe framework for training design, management and evaluation using a case study

Develop training needs assessment tools

Appreciate steps involved in training design

Develop training management plan and tools

Describe training evaluation levels and design tools for evaluation training using case study

Target Group
The course is meant for trainers, and facilitators. It is also meant for people who manage and conduct training and capacity support interventions in the organisations and people who would like to improve their practical experience in training design, training management and training evaluation. This is also for people or organizations implementing interventions that have a main focus on training and capacity support.
