Philosophical and ideological perspectives of leadership

• Value based leadership

• Key leadership skills/We could change this to ; Results based leadership skills (setting direction, motivating, communication, interpersonal conflict resolution, influence,mentorship etc)

• Different approaches to leadership development

• Personal leadership development plan

• Align organisational resources for competitive Advantage
