  • Stakeholder’ interests and influence
  • Participatory situational analysis
  • Project strategy development
  • Project cycle management
  • Setting up a participatory monitoring and evaluation system
  • Management structures addressing democratic decision- making, good governance, and the competencies of a project team leader/manager
  • Project proposal writing and reporting
