By the end of the course, participants will have the knowledge and skills to design and use appropriate organisational business performance management systems. Participants will look at and practice new tools and techniques for managing organisational performance.

  • Relating organisational goals and objectives to organisational business performance (Critical Success Factor & Critical Competency Area Model)
  • The role of organisational design, systems, structures and work processes in organisational business performance excellence
  • Organisational business performance frameworks & tools: Balanced Scorecards, Excellence models (Leavitt), TQM, and BPR/BPI (Business Process Reengineering/ Improvement)
  • Linking organisational goals and objectives to individual targets and HR supporting processes like appraisals, career and competency frameworks, a.o
  • Management Information Systems (making your management information efficient with IT & Dataware house systems)
