To fulfil the nutritional and dietary requirement of people coming from different backgrounds and nationalities can be very challenging. Our catering service endeavours to meet this challenge.

In so doing, it has earned a reputation of satisfying the requirements of its diverse clientele. It has succeeded in this by balancing the requirements of the different participants who use this facility by coming up with menus that cater for various people.

The centre serves buffets in a dinning hall that comfortably seat 100 people. The breakfast menu consists of a variety of cereals, yoghurt, fresh season fruits, brown and white bread, bacon, sausage, porridge, eggs made at the client’s request, and other breakfast accompaniments to make your start of the day as nutrious and enjoyable as possible.

Lunch and dinner are a full 5 course meals served in buffet style. Freshness of the food is the key to its nutritional value and excellent taste. Arusha markets are abundant with fresh vegetables and fruits and this can be proven in the variety of fresh salads and vegetables that are served at all the meals.

Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and at the same time serving appetising and well-balanced meals is the main goal of the catering service. To fulfil this, the kitchen has a fully equipped modern facility, which maintains high standards of hygiene to ensure the well being of its users. The kitchen has all important sections that a modern kitchen should have such as:

  • Garde manger section: a place where the raw meat is prepared
  • Saucier section: where hot dishes and sauces are cooked
  • Entremetier section: where all vegetables and salads are prepared
  • Pastry section: where all sweets and breads are prepared
